A new musical of the classic film It's A Wonderful Life, is being planned for the West End.

Frank Capra's 1946 movie starring James Stewart, will now be turned into a 7 million pounds musical by producer Jon Thoday, of the controversial hit show Jerry Springer - The Opera, reports ThisisLondon.

He is reportedly collaborating with Steve Brown, who wrote the award-winning Spend Spend Spend. The opening date, cast and theatre for the new show is yet to be announced.(ANI)
