A member of the Sikh militant group Babbar Khalsa was arrested Tuesday in connection with the May 22 bomb blasts in two cinema halls here, police said.
Police sources said the militant, Balvinder Singh, was arrested from Jalandhar in Punjab.
The police, however, did not give details about the arrest or Singh's involvement.
"The details will soon be revealed," a police official told IANS.
One person was killed and over 60 were injured when blasts rocked the capital's Satyam and Liberty theatres during the screening of the controversial film "Jo Bole Se Nihaal".
Some Sikh groups had demanded that the movie be banned, saying its title and some scenes showing a Sikh man being chased by scantily clad women had offended religious sentiments.
The movie was pulled out of many theatres across states after the bomb blasts.
