Victoria Beckham has posed in the nude for the first time to raise funds for charity.
The photograph, believed to have been taken shortly after the birth of her son Cruz, has her in the buff apart from a pair of strategically placed Jimmy Choo shoes and Cartier Jewellery, reports celebrity portal Femalefirst.
The former Spice girl and wife of England footballer David Beckham reportedly looks sensational in the photograph.
The pictures have been featured in a special book called "4 Inches", which also features other well-known celebrities and models.
The book was inspired by an idea by Tamara Mellon who is creative director of Jimmy Choo and will raise funds for Elton John's Aids charity.
Fashion icon and supermodel Kate Moss also poses in a sexy shot photographed by Sam Taylor Wood. She is photographed lying in a doorway with a cigar in her mouth and spiky black stilettos.
Other famous faces in the book are the Duchess of York, model Rachel Hunter and Geri Halliwell. The book costs 34.99 pounds.
