The first step to looking your best is feeling good about yourself. The fact is that people with higher self esteem stand taller, project a sense of friendliness, and even smile more. This confidence is naturally attractive. A push in the right direction and making your body looks its best, giving it gentle, and natural cleansings, avoiding damaging sun effects, and excersizing, can help your body look its best.

Feeling your best also means accepting yourself for who you are, and accepting yourself as you are. These attributes you should not change, for they are what make you, unique. Stop worrying about your height, age, skin tone, etc. Grace and confidence will make you stand out more than any hair dye or plastic surgery will.

Learn to stand tall, this shows effective confidence. When standing make sure that your body is in straight vertical alignment. This means from the top of your head through the

center of your Body, and to your feet. It is best to learn to examine yourself in a full length mirror. Make sure that your shoulders are level with eachother, align your hips as well.

Your back should bend in three different places. A forward curve at the neck, backwards curve at the upward back, and a forward curve at the lower back. You can check the

curves in your back by standing straight against the wall, heels about three inches away.

Devote at least 10-15 minutes each day to do an exercise routine. This will help your body look and feel its very best. Simple exercises include crunches, tummy

tucks, pelvic tilt, Push up, and jumping jacks. The average person should spend at least 10 minutes a day on this.

Handle your skin with care. Do not stay out in the sun for too many long hours at a time, and always wear sunscreen.

Do not smoke, smoking is bad for your health, and ruins your teeth, gums and skin. Exercises increase your skins elasticity so do daily routines. Follow your skin care with

following hygiene etc. For example, teeth, hair etc. Eat Healthy. Proper eating habits are an effective way to look and feel your very best. Eat foods that are rich in vitamins and calcium. Make sure to take a daily vitamin. Cook foods with little or no oil or fatty substances.

Take care of your nails. Do a weekly manicure.

The most important thing to remember is that if you feel good, you will look good. Be confident about yourself, and smile. A smile shows the most confidence and gives other

confidence as well. If you are happy with yourself, others will be too. The truth about looking your best is feeling your best.

Treat yourself once a month to a new outfit, or a new nail polish. This will leave you feeling fresh and feeling good about who you are. Many people live their lives worrying about petty things. Their hair color, their age, their body and so on. They live their life with less happiness than others do who love themselves. It is all about how you look on the world, and your body.
