Colic, affects infants, it is said that a baby having colic will cry for over three hours a day and at least three days a week. Colic is usually found in babies age three weeks to three months. The infant’s room should be proper ventilated. 7. Massage your baby every day as massage has great benefits. 8. Keep your baby close to your body as closeness can be give him security and calm him. 9. Seek the help of a chiropractor. Chiropractic care has been shown to be helpful for infants with colic. As the infant always depends on the mother what she eats, so be cautious before eating. Avoid fried, oily or spicy food, also lots of salad or roughage is not good in the first few weeks after delivery.
